My father is in tailoring business and my mother works at Venky’s company. I have no siblings. Being the only daughter has lots of responsibility of my family and great support is provided by them too.

The main reason for joining Indira is that its infrastructure and facilities provided are very good. Also Indira provides the best of the placements in Pune. I have completed my Graduation (BSc. Computer Science) from the same college and have a good rapport with the whole staff and faculties at Indira. Thus, had their support at every step in academics as well as placements.

The facilities provided at Indira are very good and useful, ample resources are made available for students. Be it the computers, books or any new software everything is made available for the students to avail.

The teaching is very good and clear. Being a placement cell coordinator at many times I was not able to attend lectures. So teachers used to explain all the concepts not understood all over again just to make sure none of the students are justify behind.

There was no gap between the industry and we students, the TPO of the college and our faculties used to always make us aware of the company standards, norms and characteristics to get placed in a good company.

We were also taken for many Industrial visits due to which we became aware of the corporate atmosphere as well.

There is always great professionalism amongst the teachers which they have successfully inculcated in us too. The qualifications of the faculty is day by day enhancing, it is not stable. Our faculties are continuously some or the other certification, appearing and clearing exams of SET/NET etc.

We students are always told and made sure to participate in some or the other extracurricular activities apart from the usual academics. We were groomed with the personality development sessions which built our personality overall. There is a lot of importance given to the overall development.

Placement of Indira is the highlight of all. At other colleges placements provided are only one either internship or finals. At Indira we are allowed for both the placements.

We were always taught to daily be in the college late hours after lectures and prepare of our placements. This helped us to get placed in reputed MNCs. Also working for long hours made us habitual of the same so dint find any problem to work in companies for long.

Coming from a very protective family I never got a chance to explore the reality the world, College helped learn and experience great things. Attitude towards the life totally changed. Proud for the achievements I could achieve through Indira and confident to achieve a lot more in my life in future.

Every moment at Indira is very special to my life.The most unforgettable memory is my journey as a placement coordinator at the Corporate Relations in the placement cell of Indira. Also the international conference at Goa, NULLCON.

I basically belong to a middle class family. My father is a businessman, my mother is a homemaker and I have a younger sister pursuing her graduation.

Indira is one of the top colleges in Pune in terms of education, extracurricular activities and campus placements. Also there are very experienced and skilled faculties which provide a perfect mentorship to the students. Considering all these facilities, I decided to join Indira.

The teaching facilities at Indira are excellent with skilled and professional faculty members to guide you in all aspects. Also the lab and library facility are good as these are available for students for enough timings and also are flexible as per students request.

In Indira, various seminars, guest lectures, and different sessions are arranged to improve the skills in technology, soft skills and syllabus domain.

Various Industrial techniques, corporate rules and the characteristics required at the corporate world is perfectly inculcated in us through various Industrial visits and rule of conduct followed by Indira Placement Cell.

Faculties in Indira have required qualifications and enough teaching experience. Also some of the teachers are certified in respective domains by which students are benefitted in their curriculum and domain knowledge.

Students are made involved in various sports activities, cultural activities, domain presentations, public speaking activities to improve their personality and confidence.

Excellent Infrastructure, skilled staff and extra-curricular activities puts Indira at the top of other colleges.

We had soft skills sessions conducted by Rupa Mam which helped us to improve on our communication skills and confidence, which proved to be very helpful while appearing for interviews as well as to sustain in the organization we are working.

At Indira I Learned to be more confident in expressing my ideas and concepts as well as I learned that knowledge can only help us to attain our dreams.

The most unforgettable memory is being a placement cell member. Had lots of fun experience and exposure of corporate world.

My father worked as an electronics engineer in the air force for 15 years and after retirement, he set up his own business. As he was interested in electronics and computer knowledge, he encouraged me to take up this field. As we were searching for a reputed institute in Pimpri-Chinchwad area, he suggested me to join Indira College. The infrastructure and the environment at Indira College are truly commendable.

The spacious classrooms, computer labs, the library made me feel comfortable and enjoy studying. The library is well stocked with books for reference and general reading. From storybooks, novels, autobiographies, reference books one can find a book for each subject. Also, the college provides unlimited internet access and the latest hardware and software which enable students to gain practice and experience too. It has helped me not only to excel in academics but also has explored me to future application in industry. Participation in seminars, debate competitions, poster competitions, paper presentation helped me to improve my communication skills, knowledge, teamwork and confidence. It helped me to explore my inner potential and capabilities and to overcome my fears and jitters.

Outdoor Management training games helped me to overcome my fears, increased my confidence and interaction with other students. It helped me to relax and feel fresh. The tech Savvy competition organized by the college helped me to improve my programming skills and get a deeper knowledge about programming.

This was all possible because of my teachers. They provided us with academic as well as industry knowledge. Their deep understanding of different subjects helped me to clear my doubts and difficulties. Their friendly nature erased the gap between a student and a teacher and made me feel free to speak openly to them.

The various activities inculcated ethical, social and moral values in me. These have always helped me to keep upgrading and improving me.

It has converted me from nothing to something, inculcated positive attitude and to keep starving for knowledge. The efforts of my teachers and my hard work have chiselled my personality and knowledge.

The amazing teachers and their skill sets and the lovely friends that I made during my course are a few unforgettable memories.
